The TC Electronic "The Prophet" is everything you need and nothing you don't in a delay pedal. This little workhorse sports three knobs (Time, Mix, and Repeats) and a three way toggle for subdivisions (1/16, 1/8, and 3/8). An added bonus is the top loading power and audio jack that help keep your board nice and tidy!
