Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns

A customer has 72 hours (beginning the day the item is ​purchased or received) to inform us they would like to make a return.  If you fail to notify us within 72 hours of ​purchase or delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

All items must be in the same condition that you purchased/received it, in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.  Any item that is not in the same condition as it was purchased/received may be rejected.

*Apparel, microphones, headphones, or any product considered a wearable is not returnable under any circumstances.  Accessories such as strings, cables and picks must be unopened.

If an item/instrument was given in trade toward a new purchase, and the customer wishes to return the newly acquired item/instrument, they may not have the traded item/instrument returned to them. The customer may return the newly acquired item/instrument, but will only receive store credit (on a gift card) for the trade value of the traded item/instrument, or we may offer to purchase the item/instrument back at 60% market value, minus cost of repairs.  If the customer paid a difference to cover the remaining cost of the new item/instrument, they will be refunded the difference in the same tender they paid.

Online Purchases:

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses & insurance. The customer is also responsible for all risk in returning an instrument. Please make sure it is properly packed and shipped via UPS fully insured (for the purchase value) within the grace period allotted.  The item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, packed exactly as sent. All paperwork, hang tags, certificates and case candy must be included.  If you have any questions regarding packing and shipping your item, please contact the store. 

 

Refunds

In-Store Purchases:

After we have inspected your item to verify its condition, we will confirm whether or not it has been accepted.  Your refund will be processed minus a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to cover payment processing fees and will be waived if the original payment was made in cash, wire-transfer, or any non-fee form of payment.

Online Purchases:

After we have received and inspected your item to verify its condition, we will email you to notify you that your return has been received and confirm whether or not it has been accepted.  Your refund will be processed minus the original outbound shipping cost plus a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to cover payment processing fees and will be waived if the original payment was made in cash, wire-transfer, or any non-fee form of payment.
