The 1954 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty Reissue is an instrument known for the beauty in simplicity.  With its carved mahogany top, it generates a sound not often heard from its maple-capped brothers.  Once more, its dual P-90 layout made for a forward tone that is both punchy and articulate.  Factor in the uber comfortable neck and straight-ahead control layout and you have an instrument that is all about delivering night after night.

This particular 1992 Les Paul Custom 54' Reissue is in very good condition and is one you'll want to pick up again and again.  The body shows some play wear but no major dings or dents and the hardware is in very good shape.  The pickups are an excellent compliment to the all mahogany body and the electronics function exactly as they should.  The pots date to 1992 and the serial number (2 3339) indicates a pre-Gibson Historic guitar.  

The frets are also in great shape and the back of the neck is clean.  In addition the headstock is in excellent shape and the ebony fretboard looks to have been well taken cared for. 

Also included is the original hardshell case which is in very good condition and the original case candy.
