Around 2009, Paul Reed Smith collaborated with Doug Sewell to release another exceptional Maryland-built product, the PRS “30” amplifier. This monster of an amp has been described as “an English sound with an American twist”. As it certainly has its “Voxy” tendencies, it has a voice of its own. The “30” takes to single coils very well, but it loves humbuckers driving its 4 EL84s. The Spring Reverb is dialed well to add some splash and space to your signal. This particular “30” is in mint condition and shows almost no signs of wear. It was stored safely in a smoke free home for most of its life and is ready for its next custodian.
