*We are updating our website, for any repair inquiries, please reach out to [email protected]
Thanks for considering us to get your instrument up and running! We always strive to make your experience with us as smooth as possible and stay communicative with you throughout the entire process. We are here for any questions and will provide updates as we go along so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out from the moment of inquiry to after you've picked up your instrument.
When you're ready to get your instrument playing as good as it should, reach out to us directly at [email protected] with any inquiries that you may have and we will get back to you within 24hrs on business days (Mon-Fri). We can discuss any questions that you may via email, text or phone. Our shop is an industrial building and not a storefront so we work by appointment only.
Once the appointment has been made, we will work with you to make sure that we have everything that we need when you drop off your instrument so our process can move as smoothly as possible.
Once you arrive to drop your instrument off, we will build your contact and instrument information into our system where the details of your instrument (make, model, serial number, set-up specs and past invoices will be saved). We will enter in your preferred specs and any details about this particular job and provide you with an emailed and hardcopy of your workorder.
Typically will do a Plek scan of your instrument (if possible and if the scope of work calls for it) to assess the fretboard, neck relief and fret life of the instrument. Then we will do an overall assessment of the structural and mechanical condition of instrument and provide an itemized estimate and timeline for the full scope of work. We will discuss any potential upgrades or repairs that may scope from "this needs to be fixed" to just overall improvements that will make the instrument perform better.
We will be in touch throughout the process but feel free to reach out to us directly if you are looking for an update or have any questions regarding the job at hand.
When your instrument is all ready to go home, we will email you a breakdown of the work that we did along with a final invoice which you can pay online via secure link or in person with a credit card, cash or tap-able device. We stay in touch throughout the process and make sure there are no surprises when it's time to pick up your instrument. Once you arrive, you're welcome to hang out in the shop and play your instrument to make sure it does't need any adjustments before you leave.
If you have any questions after you get your instrument home, reach out any time and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. Sometimes there's a period of time to get re-acquainted to your instrument, especially if a larger scope of work was done - so it may have felt great in the shop but now it may need an adjustment. We are here for it and stay by our work so reach out if you have any questions or issues.
