Whether she’s backing up world-class touring acts or shredding her own original material, Orianthi relies on PRS to deliver the tone and playability she needs to get the job done. This PRS Limited Edition Private Stock is based on her personalized Custom 24, which was a one-off from the Private Stock team in 2017.
The figured maple top, mahogany back, and a 24-fret, 25” scale length, Pattern Thin mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard are all true to the original artist build. Aside from the build specs, this guitar also features the gorgeous “Lotus Vine” inlay made from Asian Pink Coral and mother of pearl. The pink/purple “Blooming Lotus Glow” finish beautifully highlights the figured maple top and makes this a visually stunning instrument.
Just like the Custom 24, the Orianthi sports a Volume and Tone control along with a 5-way blade pickup selector switch. Loaded with the incredible 58/15 pickups, this guitar has a wonderfully round tone that can bend to any genre. With all those looks and sonic versatility, it's tough to imagine a musical situation that this amazing instrument could’t excel in.
