The original Gibson Nighthawk was introduced as a versatile modern solidbody in 1993. In 2011, Epiphone released a Studio version that featured an AAA quilted maple top, set Mahogany neck with a slim tapering '60s neck profile, baked Maple fingerboard and dual Burstbuckers.
This Gibson Nighthawk Studio is a great addition to any collection or as a primary player! Its equipped with a Gibson Burst Bucker 1 in the neck position and a Gibson Burst Bucker 2 in the bridge position. Controlled by one master volume, one master tone knobs and a 3-way blade switch. The 25.5″ scale length neck has acrylic dot inlays and 22 medium frets with a C neck profile. The hardware is comprised of Gibson tuning machines, a corian nut, a Gibson nighthawk string-through bridge and top hat reflector knobs.
This guitar is in very good condition with minimal wear but does have discoloration in places from the factory finish. The 's' in 'Gibson' on headstock, a discolored stripe on back of headstock, as well as discolored patch on the bottom of the neck at the 4th and 5th fret (see pictures)*
